    After looking around for a storage facility, the folks at Innisfail Storage were so helpful and friendly, the choice was easy. The security and helpful staff are amazing. They really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

    I just bought a Kia minivan from this dealer and had a great experience. The vehicle was in great shape with low mileage. The test drive revealed a vibration which concerned me but the dealer explained that it was probably a problem with the balance on the tires. I made a conditional offer to purchase if they can address the vibration. Within a couple of days, the tires were all rebalanced which completely eliminated the vibration and they also threw in an oil change and a safety inspection, this after the sale had already been made. The salesman was very easy to deal with in a straightforward "no BS" kind of way. I really got the sense that he was being very honest and giving me a fair assessment of the vehicle. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Innisfail Park and Sell.
